Costs and How to Book

How do we operate?

We are reliant on funding from wherever we can get it. Funding is needed to cover staff wages, staff training, equipment (maintenance & purchase), insurances, registration costs and employer’s NI. We charge £25 per day for a place however this does not cover the full cost of running the club. We can facilitate up to 1120 day places each year therefore it is imperative we raise funds to stay in operation.

Online Booking

2018

The Easter dates will be April 04, 05, 09, 10, 11 and 12.

The Summer dates will be July 30 until August 24 (excluding weekends).  Also August 24 will be a Half-day only until 1.30pm.

The Booking Site will open at the end of January 2018 for Easter and the link to the Booking Site will be available here at that time. 


You complete your payment details at the bottom of the form. Wait a couple of minutes whilst Payment is processed via a secure online site called Stripe. We will not be storing any payment information on our site

If you are paying by anything other than card payment (i.e.  childcare vouchers) you will not be able to use the online system. Please email bookings@thumbsupclub.co.uk and state what method of payment you are using and request a booking form be emailed to you. 


Booking Confirmation

Booking confirmation will work as before where, after the cut-off date, we will confirm back to you the dates you have secured and whether we have been able to give you any of the additional dates you may have requested. If we need to refund you any money at that point we will do by a cheque payment.
