Dear Parents,

As some of you may know, we were going to be unable to use Addington school as a base for TUC this Summer because of their building work, and so the committee had been working hard to find alternative locations and arrange days out instead.  That, however, was before the impact of Coronavirus affected us all.

With so many unknowns about what is going to be open this summer, what social distancing restrictions and what PPE requirements are going to be in place, we just cannot do our usual planning for the Summer Club which would normally need to have been done now. As a small volunteer committee of parents we are unable to put the time and resources into arranging activities and bookings when we do not know if we are going to be able to run activities in August and what they would look like.

It has therefore now become apparent that we are very sadly not going to be able offer any TUC childcare this Summer school holidays. We know that this is going to be a huge disappointment to many of you as it is us, but the committee thank you for your support in making this difficult decision.
